Moving Day Tip for Moving to St. Louis
The City of St. Louis has great way to reduce your stress on moving day. As you may know the city of St. Louis has a lot of one-way streets and some narrow streets that can make moving into your new place a little challenging. One of our new Tower Grove area home buyers shared this moving day tip with us:
“In case you sell another home in Tower Grove or city of St. Louis, passing along info that may be helpful to future clients. I was nervous about movers not having a space to park in front of my house (or having to block it illegally and cause headaches)
Applied for permit to have area blocked off in front of my house via this link:

6 easy steps. Submitted with auto reply indicating to check back status. Checked back three days later. Approved, pending payment.
I have to go to 1900 Hampton Ave in the 63139 zip code to pay in person. $20, not bad at all.”
Great tip! Make sure you put this on your moving checklist and save yourself some grief!
